They have been able to recover my data on several bad hard drives that I was sure would not be possible. I have had CPU's upgraded and ordered custom boxes, as well. Several times we have had monitors at work go out during the day; they have always had a replacement available, so I had minimal down time. They have also cleaned several computers locked by viruses. I highly recommend these guys.
